At Hutoki Trash Services, we offer competitive and transparent pricing designed to fit the size and needs of each property.
Our Trash Valet Service rates range from $12 to $18 per unit per month, depending on the total number of residential units and service frequency.
The more units your community has, the lower your per-unit rate — allowing property managers to maintain a clean and organized environment while optimizing costs.
All pricing includes:
Door-to-dumpster collection 3, 5, or up to 7 nights per week, depending on your community’s needs
13-gallon trash bin for each unit
Real-time route verification through the Trash Scan app
Reports and incident notifications for property management
We focus on reliability, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail — ensuring your community stays clean, compliant, and worry-free.
Junk & Bulk Waste Removal
Our Junk & Bulk Waste Removal service is designed to keep your property clean and free of clutter, removing items that do not fit in regular trash containers, such as mattresses, furniture, appliances, and other large objects.
We offer on-demand pickups or scheduled cleanouts for apartment communities, homeowners associations (HOAs), and individual properties. Pricing varies depending on volume, type of materials, and accessibility.

1/4 Trailer: $125 – $200
1/2 Trailer: $450 – $550
Full Trailer: $650 – $950
(Plus tax — prices may vary based on distance and type of waste)
Additional Charges / Surcharges:
Freon disposal fee: $50 per appliance (e.g., refrigerator, window AC unit, water cooler). We do not take RV refrigerators.
Mattress & Box Spring: $40 each (plus tax).
Example: Minimum charge $125 + tax, one mattress and one box spring $60 + tax = $185 + taxTires: $15 each (plus tax)
Tires with rim: $25 each (plus tax) for standard truck tires. Call for semi-truck tire pricing
Other large or heavy items, such as sofas and appliances, may incur additional costs depending on the special handling required.

This service is designed to collect and remove fallen trees, large branches, and natural debris that accumulate after storms, landscaping work, or property cleanups.
Prices are primarily based on the volume of material (cubic yards) and distance to the landfill, with base rates starting at $120.

Garage and Storage Waste Removal
Our Garage and Storage Waste Removal service is designed to help clear out unwanted items, junk, old furniture, boxes, appliances, and bulky waste from garages, storage units, and similar areas.
Whether you’re cleaning out a garage or reclaiming a cluttered space, our team ensures everything is removed and properly disposed of.
Prices vary depending on load volume, item type, and accessibility of the area.
Additional Surcharges
In addition to the regular charges:
Freon appliances: $65 per unit
(Ex: refrigerator, window A/C unit, water coolers. RV refrigerators not accepted.)Mattresses & Box Springs: $40 each + tax
Tires: $15 each + tax
Tires with rim: $25 each + tax (up to regular truck size)
Semi-truck tires: call for pricing
Extra labor: $175 per hour for 2–3 people.
This applies when additional work beyond typical hauling is required, such as moving items inside the property, cleaning the area, set-up, assembly/disassembly of furniture, or other tasks that require extra effort.

We provide dog waste stations and basic maintenance, tailored to the needs of each community.
Prices vary depending on the number of stations and service frequency, ranging from $12 to $15 per station.
Service frequency can be 1 to 3 times per week.
