Trash Valet Rules & Procedures

  • STEP 1: Prepare the Trash

    Make sure to place the trash in sturdy bags of up to 13 gallons, securely tied and free of liquids. Then, deposit them in the container assigned by the community.

  • STEP 2: Place the Container Out at the Scheduled Time

    Set the container outside your apartment door only during the designated collection hours (from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM). This helps keep hallways clean and organized.

  • STEP 3: Remove the Container After Collection

    Once our team has collected your trash, bring the container back inside your apartment.
